SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

- Ability to develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with The Picture House’s luxury brand and mission.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design, ensuring that all content reflects our brand’s elegance and sophistication.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Experience in creating high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (or the ability to coordinate with creatives) to produce visually compelling posts and stories.
Brand Voice & Messaging:
- Proficiency in crafting copy that resonates with our audience, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice that reflects our focus on empowerment and luxury.
- Ability to tell engaging stories through social media that connect with our audience on an emotional level.
Community Engagement:
- Strong skills in engaging with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Building relationships with followers, influencers, and other brands to increase engagement and grow our audience.
Social Media Strategy & Analytics:
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive growth, increase engagement, and achieve specific business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Trend Awareness:
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt strategies to keep The Picture House’s content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the rest of the team, including photographers, makeup artists, and other creatives, to ensure cohesive and aligned branding across all platforms.
- Willingness to collaborate on marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and other studio events to create a unified brand experience.
